Plastic Injection molding is an ideal manufacturing process to repeatedly produce parts in high volumes with extreme detail and geometry.

Over the years, CVT has continually updated and reinvested in our equipment and services offered to be able to meet our partners needs.

Our current capabilities are as follows:
  • 23 Injection Molding Machines ranging from 20-500 ton
  • Insert Molding
  • Over Molding
  • Horizontal and Vertical Presses available
  • 3 Staffed Shifts, 5 to 6 Days per week
  • Production Quantities from samples to millions/year
  • Experience with commodity to engineering grade materials
  • Hot Stamping
  • Post production assembly on a case by case basis
