3D Printed Samples

Working with the latest in 3D Printing industrial technology, we can quickly test your product right here in-house.

Having every step of the process helps us be proactive in creating a moldable design.

Once we have finished with the design aspect of the project, we can provide 3D printed parts as samples. This allows you to adjust the part until we perfect it to your requirements. This ensures that the parts are exactly what you want prior to building the mold. As soon as this process is completed, we are ready to design your mold.

Prototyping

Prototypes can be done before, during, or after your part design has been completed and perfected.

Our toolroom can machine prototypes from various plastics as well as metals. Please contact us to discuss your prototyping needs for your situation.

Upon completion of a prototype mold build, we run samples of your parts to ensure everything is running smoothly with the molding process. We look for flaws or adjustments that may need to be made to ensure we are producing quality parts from your mold. At this point, there is also the opportunity to sample different materials to determine the correct material for your application.

There may be a cost associated with these prototypes and the number of samples needed based on the specific situation.
